When booking a Domestic cleaning service with Neatly Pty Ltd you agree to the terms and conditions as listed below.

These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete service agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “client”) and Neatly Pty Ltd of 61 Mansfield Street, Thornbury Victoria, Australia for the provision of services by Neatly Pty Ltd carried out by our staff member (the “cleaner(s)”).

The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the client at the time of booking.

A minimum of 2 hours cleaning per visit is required at a fee of $100. If the client requires any additional services they must contact Neatly Pty Ltd by phone or email prior to the service. 

 The cleaner is not authorised to agree to any changes to the service provided.

As Neatly Pty Ltd invests significantly in recruiting and training its cleaners the client agrees that after the termination of our cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic service provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the client by Neatly Pty Ltd. If the client does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of $1,000.00.

 If the client requires the cleaner to clean behind or under any heavy items e.g. fridge the client will move those items prior the clean.

 The client will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash prior to commencement of the cleaning service.

The client may cancel a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The client may also terminate the whole service by giving two weeks notice.

The client agrees to pay $50.00 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock out caused by our cleaners being turned away, no one at home to let them in or if there is a problem with the keys.

If the client is dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided, they must inform Neatly Pty Ltd within 24 hours of completion of the Service. We will endeavour to solve the problem quickly and efficiently by a partial or full refund, re-supply the service without charge or such other remedy as deemed appropriate by Neatly Pty Ltd.

The client agrees to pay Neatly Pty Ltd within 7 days of the invoice date of service by direct debit, bank transfer, credit card or cheque. Payments not received within this time period will incur a late fee of $15.00. Interest of 10% will apply to any invoices that are outstanding for over 4 weeks.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant Australian laws, and by agreeing to be bound by them the client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Australia.
